1. Return Window
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.
2. Eligible Items
- Unopened and unused products in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Wrong product delivered, damaged in transit, or expired on arrival.
- Manufacturing defects.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food bags, treats, supplements and medicines.
- Opened grooming products, shampoos and perfumes.
- Personalised or customised items.
- Litter and disposable hygiene products.
4. How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders and select the order.
- Tap Request Return and choose a reason. Add photos if the item arrived damaged.
- Our team will schedule a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours, or share a self-shipping option if pickup is unavailable in your pincode.
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund is initiated within 2 business days and reaches your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are issued to your bank account or as store credit, as preferred.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a fresh order for the variant or product you want.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement from the My Orders page, provided they have not been packed for shipping. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
